Hope is second EP released by Australian Post-Hardcore band Dream On, Dreamer. It was released on the 4th of June 2010 via their Australian label We Are Unified. This EP contains a Electronica influence in its overall sound compared to their debut album Heartbound.

Background

Before the EP was released on the 4th of June. Fans were able to go onto the bands Facebook page and witness a timer that ended the day of the release of the EP. Also this is Dream On, Dreamer's first collaboration with We Are Unified since leaving their last record label, "Keep It Real."
